Paul is an experienced operations professional with 20+ years managing field-based programs in the critical minerals, oil & gas, and energy sectors. He has high proficiency in project planning, logistics, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on expertise in reclamation, seismic, and well abandonment projects across Western and Northern Canada. Known for blending practical field insight with a safety-first mindset and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, Paul excels at streamlining operations, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory standards.
Paul is passionate about driving safe work practices, advancing operational excellence, and contributing to sustainable resource development in Canada’s energy and mining industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources Management at Laval University.
