Director of Human Resources, Africa
Nsofwa is a human capital professional with over 12 years of experience spanning the exploration, mining, processing and banking sectors in Zambia. She joined KoBold in 2023 as HR Manager, where she was responsible for establishing the company’s HR function in Zambia. Since then, she has developed and implemented the policies, systems and governance frameworks that support the organisation and its people across the country. She now serves as Director, HR – Africa, providing strategic human capital leadership and supporting HR management across KoBold’s projects and operations on the continent. Prior to joining KoBold, Nsofwa held various human resources roles within the mining sector, including with Barrick Lumwana and Jubilee Metals. She began her career in banking at Investrust Bank Plc.
Nsofwa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Zambia and is a Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management.
