Marc is SVP of Finance and People at KoBold Metals, an AI-driven mineral exploration and development company dedicated to discovering the critical materials needed for the energy transition.
Prior to KoBold, Marc was CFO at Altruist, a financial technology company providing a modern platform for registered investment advisors. Before Altruist, Marc served from 2018 through 2023 as CFO of Blend Labs, Inc. (NYSE: BLND), leading the company through critical growth stages, an initial public offering and a major acquisition in 2021, and their first eight quarters in the public markets. Prior to Blend, Marc spent 16 years in finance and strategy leadership at Pixar, the last seven as Pixar’s divisional CFO. He began his career at Ernst & Young serving technology companies.
Marc is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Business Management, cum laude, from the University of Maryland.
