Damian is a leader in mining and metals project development, having worked in the USA, Canada, Serbia, Mongolia, and Australia. He led advanced studies and implementation on notable Rio Tinto projects for 18 years, including the Greenfield Jadar Lithium project, the Resolution Copper project, multiple phases at Oyu Tolgoi, and many more. He’s led workforces of thousands of people, driving value increases at social, environmental, and economic levels.
He earned his B.E. in Mining Engineering at the University of Ballarat.
