Charles “Chuck” Park is the Chief Financial Officer of KoBold Metals.
Chuck has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry, advising on and executing capital raises for companies across the Metals and Mining, Energy, Power, Renewables, Chemicals and Agriculture sectors.
Prior to joining KoBold, Chuck spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for the Natural Resources Equity Capital Markets Group. In that capacity, he executed over 70 IPOs and raised an aggregate of $150 billion of equity capital in the public, private and structured equity markets.
Chuck has a BA from Dartmouth College, an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
