KoBold Metals maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption, bribery, or solicitation. Any supplier found engaging in such practices will be disqualified from all opportunities.
KoBold Metals engages suppliers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through a structured, invitation-based procurement process.
Suppliers are identified and invited to participate in Requests for Proposal (RFPs) based on project needs, technical qualifications, and alignment with KoBold’s operational, ethical, and safety standards.
At this time, KoBold is not conducting an open supplier registration or public tender process in the DRC. Suppliers who have been contacted directly by KoBold should follow the instructions provided in their RFP invitation.
Suppliers who have received a Request for Proposal from KoBold Metals for work in the DRC must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.
