Partner with KoBold Metals DRC

Supplier engagement and procurement in the DRC.

We value transparency, integrity, and fair competition, and we take our ethical commitments very seriously. We work with local suppliers and contractors who share our commitment to ethical and anti-corruption business practices.

Ethics, Integrity, and Responsible Business Practices

KoBold Metals maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption, bribery, or solicitation. Any supplier found engaging in such practices will be disqualified from all opportunities.

Supplier Engagement in the DRC

KoBold Metals engages suppliers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through a structured, invitation-based procurement process.

Suppliers are identified and invited to participate in Requests for Proposal (RFPs) based on project needs, technical qualifications, and alignment with KoBold’s operational, ethical, and safety standards.

At this time, KoBold is not conducting an open supplier registration or public tender process in the DRC. Suppliers who have been contacted directly by KoBold should follow the instructions provided in their RFP invitation.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Submissions

Suppliers who have received a Request for Proposal from KoBold Metals for work in the DRC must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.

All RFP responses should be submitted electronically to the dedicated DRC procurement inbox: eprocurementdrc@koboldmetals.com.

When submitting a proposal, suppliers should:

  • Clearly reference the RFP number provided in the invitation
  • Submit all required documentation before the stated deadline
  • Direct all RFP-related communications to the address above

Proposals sent to individual KoBold employees or to other email addresses may not be reviewed.
