Tralaena is a procurement professional with 25+ years of experience managing supply chain teams and suppliers at a global level across the military and commercial aerospace industries. She has developed deep knowledge in end-to-end supply chain management, spanning requirements planning, demand planning, contracting, warehousing, contract management, and supplier management. Her experience includes establishing policies and procedures that drive quality, compliance, and on-time delivery within budget. At KoBold Metals, she works with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement best practices, streamline processes, and resolve issues, while contributing to the strategic planning and execution of supply chain initiatives that align with KoBold’s vision and goals. She is committed to ensuring the optimal performance and quality of KoBold’s suppliers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
Tralaena holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and is a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
